INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS POLICY
Cruisemaster manufactures, assembles and sells premium quality components including suspensions and couplings to the RV and trailer industries. In addition, Cruisemaster operates the Towing Performance Centre that maintains and upgrades these products for both original equipment manufacturers and the public and performs tow vehicle upgrades. Cruisemaster’s long-term intention is to maintain the reputation of quality and reliability that it has developed since 1978.
Cruisemaster management further recognises that successful health and safety, quality and environmental management is fundamental to its operations and is committed to the continual improvement of all relevant processes and procedures to ensure all standards are met and preferably exceeded, providing appropriate control of risks arising from activities.
Consequently, this policy leads the implementation of an effective and efficient integrated management system based upon the requirements of:
• AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016—Quality Management Systems,
• AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016—Environmental Management Systems,
• AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018—Occupational Health and Safety, and
• in addition, Cruisemaster is committed to complying with all other relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and industry requirements.

This policy, along with our objectives and targets, will be reviewed at least annually by Senior Management. It is through this policy we intend to achieve long-term objectives and meet our stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
