About BCS (Body Control System)

Introducing Cruisemaster’s™ Body Control System, the system behind our Next Gen. Air Suspension.

The Cruisemaster™ Body Control System (BCS) isn’t just introducing new air features and technologies to the world of caravan and trailer suspension, but we have designed a modular system that provides a platform for a range of advanced technologies.

Standard Features

Control Panel + Mobile App.

Control the BCS via the compact control panel or download the Bluetooth Connected Mobile App. for additional flexibility when using the system.

While the system has convenient over-the-air updates, it does not rely on an internet signal for regular operation.

3 Adjustment Modes

	Manual Allowing for manual adjustment of the left and right sides of the system.
	Drive Mode Adjust to the correct travel height with the push of a button to ensure the perfect ride every time.
	Horizon Levelling Designed to provide the perfect set up at camp Horizon Levelling will both level across the van but also from the front to rear.

Tyre Inflation

Included with the system is a line out fitted with a quick release coupling, air hose and inflation wand. Allowing for basic tyre inflation.

Onboard Diagnostics

The intelligence of the Cruisemaster™ BCM allows for onboard diagnostics to help fault find system concerns.

Below Systems are available as upgrade options offering advanced functionality via additional hardware and software updates.

Advanced Inflation Module

Semi-Auto Electronic Air Inflation System

Similar to the inflation systems commonly found at service stations, this system allows you to preset a pressure and then simply connect to the tyre to allow the system to accurately inflate or deflate to the given pressure.

Air Accessories Mode

Set the system to ‘Manual’ mode to utilise the onboard compressor with additional air tools and accessories. Perfect for cleaning and maintenance while travelling.

Active Ride Height (Coming Soon)

(Wheel Speed Sensor Kit Required)

Utilising a wheel speed sensor, this advanced system will detect once the vehicle has reached a travel speed and automatically adjust to Drive Mode to protect the caravan from travelling at a compromised height.

This feature is built into all systems and is activated when a WSS is detected and software is updated via the mobile app. (Software update coming soon).

Odometer (Sold Seperately)

Odometer & Service Alerts This package includes an accurate Odometer allowing you to track kilometers travelled. Service reminders can also be set based on the Odometers readings.
