Discount levels are as follows:
Retail less 25% with trade order
Introductory and Quantity discounts for account customers are available, please speak to our Sales Department.
Minimum spend for account customers is $1000 per month
Payment of Accounts
Account customers are respectfully reminded that our terms are strictly 30 days E.O.M. Discounts will be subject to accounts being paid within this period. Accounts left unpaid after 45 days will incur automatic court action without notice. We reserve the right to charge a fee for accounts paid by credit card.
Specially Manufactured / Ordered Parts
Goods specially manufactured or ordered at Customers request will require a minimum 100% non-refundable deposit.
Warranty / Returns
All parts sold are warranted against faulty manufacture. For full details of warranty conditions see link at the bottom of this website.
We are happy to accept unwanted stocked parts within 7 days of sale providing that they are in 'as new' condition with the original packaging. We regret that specially manufactured or ordered parts cannot be accepted for return. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
