Ease of fitment and replacement of old ball type coupling was amazingly simple.
Staff pleasant and very helpful when ordering and delivery was faster than anticipated. I highly recommend this product and this company to anyone considering changing their trailer caravan or camper coupling to a far superior product . An awesome product
However after following the fitting instructions to the letter I managed to strip and snap 3 bolts dut to trying to tension them to the setting in the booklet
I feel this may need proof reading -

put it on caravan taking van away in 5 weeks, hope it works like it should. i know the up and down movement but does unit spin when caravan goes over our driveway
